For Speaking Engagements
I am passionate about spreading mental health awareness, breaking down the stigma, and creating safe spaces for discussion. In addition to coaching, I have been a featured keynote speaker at high schools, colleges, bible studies, and community events about mental health, body image, and eating disorders.
Some of my previous speaking engagements include Junior Volleyball Association, Mira Costa High School, South Bay EDC, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and HER TIME (Boys & Girls Club of San Diego).
